REFUND POLICY

Returns within 30 days
You can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. Items that have been used, washed or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

How to start a return
Email shop.wagstead@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send anything back until we confirm, because items ship from our supplier partners and return addresses can differ.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or give you a refund at no cost to you.

Change-of-mind returns
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, we will refund the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take extra time to post it.

Late or lost orders
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If it cannot be found, we will replace it or refund you.

Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it ships. Email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, please use the return process above.
