SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship
We currently ship within Canada.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times
Your items ship directly from our supplier partners, from warehouses in Canada, the United States or overseas. Most orders arrive within about 5 to 15 business days of ordering. Items shipped from overseas can take up to 20 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen during busy seasons, bad weather or customs checks.

Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $12 CAD
- Free standard shipping on orders of $75 CAD or more
- Express shipping: $20 CAD, a faster carrier option where available (processing time stays the same)

Tracking
We email your tracking details as soon as they are available. If your order has several items, they may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Taxes and import fees
Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. If you have questions about customs or import fees, contact us before ordering.

Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We cannot guarantee a change once an order has shipped.

Lost or damaged orders
